We look at light, space, sightlines, walking routes, proportions and atmosphere. Not to make your home look like something it isn't, but to bring out what's already there. Putting your best foot forward, so to speak.

Because you feel completely at home in your own house, you may notice certain features, strong points or small flaws less readily than someone seeing it for the first time.
That is why we walk through every room of the home together with you, the seller, and advise how each space can be presented at its best. We look at several things. Is there enough daylight coming in? Is it clean and tidy?
What are the room's strong points, and how can we show them off best? The angle the photographer shoots from can already make a world of difference. And how do we bring atmosphere into the home?
Decluttering
Alongside property styling, decluttering really matters
Perhaps not the most fun job, but to make it easier for potential buyers to picture themselves living in a house, a blank canvas is the best starting point. In other words: every loose item out of sight.
That also goes for personal items, such as photos, toys, hobby things and specific (religious) expressions. But decluttering also means not too much furniture in a room, empty windowsills and the curtains open.
Property styling
We literally pull everything out of the cupboard
Styling your interior strengthens the positive aspects of, say, the living room or bedroom. Especially for the photography and during viewings, our stylist creates beautiful compositions from accessories already in your home and items we can bring along.
Special ceramics, eye-catching cookbooks, a coloured throw with matching cushions for the sofa, or a stylish soap dispenser and guest towels for the bathroom.
The styling cupboard at our office is full of mood-makers in appealing colours and materials that look good in photos.
