Lindy and Gé really are the example of what good estate agents should do. Not for a single moment do you feel like a number; through their professionalism and approachability you notice straight away that you're in good hands. Precisely because they're a bit smaller, they can and do really take the time for you, and guide you step by step through the whole process. What's the best sales strategy, who takes the most beautiful photos, who is your target audience and how would you like your marketing plan, for example? They've lived in Utrecht's city centre for years themselves, so they really know all the ins and outs. At the viewings Gé could really tell people from personal experience where to eat & drink well in the neighbourhood, or where the good shopping is. If I ever move again, I'd 100% do it through Gusto Casa again, with Lindy and Gé!

Selling a house is exciting enough as it is. Especially when you're setting off on a trip around the world afterwards. We were looking for a selling agent in Utrecht who would take the work off our hands. An agent who knows how to take (or have taken) good photos and, ideally, also knows how to promote and sell a home online beyond Funda. The housing market also had to hold no secrets for her. In our search for an agent, Lindy of Gusto Casa was one of the agents we came across online. Ironically, we found her through a blog about the Utrecht housing market on 'In de Buurt'. After having coffee with three different agents, we chose Lindy. Why? Her photos are beautiful. No (pointless) photos like close-ups of (ugly) plug sockets. She was well prepared, had even brought along the sales brochure from when we bought the house 15 years ago, and knew what developments were going on in our neighbourhood. Did you know, for example, that the 'Roadmap (development plan) Lunetten 2050' existed? We didn't, but Lindy did! Another reason we were happy with Lindy. Even before our home was on Funda, plenty of viewings had already been requested. With Lindy's help our home was sold within a few days. Lindy thinks along well and often seems to need only half a word. She knows her trade and is pleasant to deal with as well. Should we come back to live in (the) Utrecht (area) after our trip, we'll definitely hire Lindy again. This time as our buying agent.
