Sinterklaas has left the country. At Gusto Casa, they still managed to put their shoes under the Christmas tree, and even got something in them too.
Christmas
Who doesn't love Christmas? The atmosphere, candles and all the fairy lights are extra welcome during the grey December months. At our office, at any rate, we couldn't wait to put up the Christmas tree. Who doesn't think back to decorating the Christmas tree together when they were little?
Lindy's birthday is in November, and every year she asks for Christmas ornaments for her birthday. Home gifts that make your house personal and cosy are always a good idea! So there's already a lobster, an avocado, an oyster, a golf bag, candyfloss, a cream bun, a speedboat, a PlayStation controller and a watch hanging in the tree. Every ornament has a story, and that's exactly what makes a Christmas tree so special.
A cosy Christmas home
Christmas is also a time to make your home extra cosy. You're at home more. Candles, lights, candlesticks, lanterns: you pull out all the stops to make the house as snug and cosy as possible. Maybe you're also dreaming of a new home with a cosy open fireplace or a big kitchen-diner. Or of a big attic, so you can buy and store even more Christmas decorations. Shurgard is always an option, should you not be able to find that house with a big attic. Never skimp on cosiness at home! Which home gifts are still on your wish list?
