This is a very charming little house. A nice little front garden with a beautiful wisteria and a climbing rose. It is cozy, small but beautiful. Everything has been thought of. The current owner renovated this house optimally with much love in 2020.

Within ten minutes, you can walk to Utrecht Centraal or drive onto the A2. In addition, the center of Utrecht is just around the corner, a matter of crossing the canal (Singel). The biggest advantage is that you live very close to the center. You can walk straight into the city.
